About Us
Sandisiwe Mining and Industrial Support Services was established in 2004 and has grown into a company providing a diversity of services to the mining and industrial fraternity.
Our mission is to provide services to our clients that will take the challenges and intricacies of sourcing and managing operational staff away, allowing them to focus on their core business.
We also provide haulage, EME plant and logistics services; and we are continuing to extend our range of services to serve our clients more completely.
We are located on the Lower South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, with a service footprint that extends throughout the province and parts of the Eastern Cape.
Linda Shazi - Director
About Linda Shazi – Director Holds a BA(UDW), a Diploma in Adult Basic Education and is currently studying towards a Postgraduate diploma in Industrial Relations. Having started her business at a time when full-time jobs were scarce, Linda was driven to start in a field not ventured much by women.
She was intent on becoming financially independent; especially in the light of her cultural background in which women were taught to be dependent on men. Her foray into this male-dominated environment was the provision of office cleaning services with a staff of just 6 people. She now employs 60 full- time staff.
Linda is highly motivated and driven, passionate about her role as the leader and visionary of Sandisiwe Development Agency and wants to expand her scope and influence as a service provider to the mining industry. Having studied industrial relations at university, she gets to use her knowledge to rally her team to render exceptional service to her clients.
OUR VISION
To be a low-cost but high quality cleaning, maintenance, EME, hauling and industrial Support services provider.
OUR MISSION
To provide our clients with suitably trained and skilled workers; and plant and equipment that meets their operational requirements.
